We want to paint a picture on how the entire process goes from the moment they call us to the moment we are done their renovation and move into the ongoing servicing of their home. There are many stages and steps to our process that we need to effectively simplify into powerful marketing messages to create an over powering desire in the consumer to want to hire us. This process will be illustrated on our website and in a brochure that we drop off on our initial appointment. Both of these will have to be created by your team. Please let me know if you don't do the programming so I can budget for my web designers to implement your art work. Each stage has to have a catchy creative name. The entire process also has to have a catchy name. For example the entire process can be called "The Castle Creator" or something that involves our brand, theme or message. As part of this process we need to incorporate a qualification of the customer. This will be a message to say that we don't work for anyone and all customers/projects have to meet our requirements... done is a tasteful and effective way of course. Then we need someone to create this for us... what questions to ask and actions to complete in order to qualify the right projects, customer characteristics and personalities.
