I own a brick and mortar fitness business and want to create a highly-detailed step-by-step instruction manual (think E-myth) for processing and tracking leads to customers. The end deliverable should be a "Customer Journey Map" -a concise manual (PDF and necessary metric-tracking google docs) that would allow me to hire a VA or customer service rep (working remotely) who can then easily understand and implement the processes with minimal training.
