Overview: I need a setup with vertical vibration, where I could control both amplitude and frequency of vibration. I intend to use a jar containing few substances, mounted on the spindle of this setup, which thus then vibrates. Please check attachments. Firstly the image (jpg) so you get an idea. The 3ds, dwg, obj formats are also attached for your inputs. One image is also shown with a jar attached to illustrate how I intend to use the setup later with jars. Specifications: Amplitude range: Min 1 cm, Max 10 cm, step 1 cm Frequency range: Min 1 Hz, Max 10 Hz, step 1 Hz (1 Hz is one complete up and down vibration cycle) The entire unit, only outside is shown. Inside is up to you on how do you design. The spindle shall have a hole mechanism, so I could tighten with a jar later. The entire unit shall be powered by battery or electric power. The dimensions of bounding box are just for a guide. If you think, you need to make little bigger to accommodate, please feel free to propose. The current consumption of motor shall be within 3A max. I intend to vibrate few powder like substance inside the jar, which due to vibration, would turn to a small bulk , total weight of jar including that stuff inside would be just around 500 grms max. So mechanism shall be sturdy enough to handle this weight steadily. The product can be mix of metal and plastic. VERY IMPORTANT: ALL COMPONENTS SHALL BE DESIGNED WITH STANDARD OUT OF RACK COMPONENTS AVAILABLE IN INDIA UNLESS IT IS VERY UNAVOIDABLE TO HAVE SOMETHING CUSTOM MADE. I am a layman and these are all my requirement. I have given product description. How do you design inside, and get me the result is up to you. You could also come up with the workflow of this project, so that, my expectation is finally met.What I do not want is, you design something finally after spending so much effort, but my requirements are not met resulting in disputes. So there would be review meetings. Output: Mechanical: 3d design files with all details, (typically CAD, 3ds, and also STL if 3d printing would be needed) Electronics: Circuit files, PCB design, Image: Illustrations of look and feel of the product designed. Both inside and outside. Rendering is optional, but at least a normal image export needed like I have attached. Material list with reference to standards (mainly mech components) Attaching the zip file containing all files, as when attached individually only dwg appearing as of now. There is a change needed. The amplitude max range shall be 10 cm, so I am relaxing the box dimensions from 15x10x10 if this change can make the box stable. Please come up with proposal on this as well. For ex, the box could be made bigger in dimensions to accommodate my change.

Plastic cover is to be modeled for the Injection molding machine. so work should be very precise and accurate. Electric circuits are to be placed inside cover and assembly will be water proof. I'll instruct the dimensions upon the awarding of the project.

This will be long term opportunity for the potential freelancers hired as I have a number of plastic injection mold projects in queue. The work contents are in two areas: 1.Fully dimensioned 2D drawings (pdf) will be provided. You need to create the 3D model in any of the major CAD software. 2. Design injection mold Though I would prefer the same person to handle both these areas, you are welcome to apply if you are able to handle any one of these two areas. Preference to NTTF trained mold designers.
