We work with small business owners with revenues between 100K and 2M (or comparable revenues in other countries / markets) to help them set financial goals and hit their goals.
The SLAPexperience- is the experience our small business owners have from the moment they first hear about us (through marketing) through to signing up for our program and then throughout using it to grow.
A SLAP is sort of like Weight Watchers for small business owners. And the SLAPexperience- is the entire experience of having a SLAP - from the moment you first hear about it to the moment you sign up to the moments of actually using our program to grow your business. The Head of the SLAPexperience is in charge of all elements of that entire SLAPexperience.

Non Negotiable Qualifications:
-Experience managing oversees designers and developers
Strong understanding of online marketing (from SEO to Adwords to basic email marketing)
-Some experience and basic understanding of online marketing, product development and customer service
-Strong knowledge of SaaS business models
-Managing all of our technology from CRM to our core product, SLAPcenter to the software we use for customer service
-Ensuring brand consistency in all we do (design, product, marketing etc)
-Management of all of our vendors that relate to marketing, product and service
-Managing our software development team (overseas)
-Managing our customer service team (in the Philippines)
-Understanding our metrics for success throughout the entire customer experience of having a SLAP - and hitting those goals.
**Note that because we run the company virtually all of our team is online and connected all day long through the use of Google Hangouts and Podio, but each person works from their own space (and from multiple countries). Working with us is an ideal scenario for someone who is self motivated and values freedom and flexibility. It is not for someone who needs a lot of "work structure".
