The Program Manager acts as the Sponsor for key accounts, representing implementation leadership and supporting the implementation team. The Program Manager reports into the Regional Vice President of Consulting Services and may interface with all functional groups within Aasonn including sales, sales ops, post go-live services, strategy and practice management, project management and implementation consulting teams. The Program Manager is accountable for the success of the project. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, relationship building, escalation management, governance, issue resolution, risk mitigation and coaching. Duties and Responsibilities Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
