I am looking to establish a relationship with someone who can write articles for me that I can publish as blogs and commentary to my social media pages. I work as a Property Investment Strategist, so all articles will be relevant to the industry and I will provide the particular topic to be discussed. The initial arrangement will be for one article only of between 1000-1500 words, and if I am happy with the quality of work then this will lead to an ongoing agreement. Hello architects, We have a client who owns a large detached Yorkshire (UK) stone property circa 4000 Sq foot sitting in a large plot with plentiful parking and a large garden to the rear. The property is to be occupied by a family consisting of 2 adults and 3 children under 5 years of age. The vendors would like to create something special in fitting with their dream home and thus are looking for a creative architect / designer who has experience of UK Stone build properties/legislation so as to create 3D cad designs of potential remodelling of the exterior of the house maintaining the bulk of its structure and character. The vendor is also looking for an interior remodel which is in fitting with the exterior providing a contemporary, spacious, airy feel making use of the space effectively. Job specifics · To remodel the exterior of the house to give the house more kerb appeal, a wow factor and grand entrance. The remodel is to look at the entire house – front, sides, rear. · The land/gardens to be landscaped so as to complement the exterior and size of the property. Ideally low maintenance and taking into account the vendor has 3 under 5 year old children just now. The vendor would like differing themes encapsulated within this space and creative ideas so as to take into account children spaces, entertainment, low maintenance and weather in the UK. · To maintain the original features and character of the house. Potentially add velux windows or dormers bringing about more space however in line with the setting / structure of the house. · To remodel the internal so as to create a grand hall entrance and more airy, light, softer appeal. Perhaps to realign the stairs/staircase with a drop down chandelier above. The vendor would like to ideally maintain the current kitchen units/worktops however would be willing to adapt if necessary. I would like to have a Hotel project redesign as i was not happy with the diffrerent Rendering given to me. SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE HOTEL I. Design Concept with Space Planning a) Provide Interior and Design concepts; b) Provide space plans; c) Interior view to supplement the conceptual design; d) Elevations and 4 sections plans; e) Oversee the design of all aspect of the Different Floor Plan. II.
