Hello, The primary objective of this research is to find the historical median capital growth rates of the surrounding suburbs to IKEA stores and Westfield Shopping Centres in Australia the 20 years before and 20 years after their development. I'd like you to table the capital growth rates and rental vacancy rates for the suburb in which the IKEA store is located as well as all surrounding adjacent suburbs. I'd like this done for both apartments and houses. Finally I'd like this compared to the median capital growth rates in every capital city of the state in which the IKEA and Westfield Shopping Centre is located. Any other analysis that can be done to identify correlation and causation of how IKEA stores and Westfield Shopping Centres have impacted capital growth rates in the suburb in which it is located would be helpful. I'll expect you to research and find the most reliable data source - whether its paid or freely available. If its a paid source then depending on the cost I'm happy to pay that additionally to gather the most accurate data. I'll need a justification for why the paid source is preferable. I would like to have a Hotel project redesign as i was not happy with the diffrerent Rendering given to me. SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE HOTEL I.
