I am looking for someone to build me a comparative list of data on a nu,ber of properties across a few suburbs. We are looking to buy a block of land and build and we need the right data to make sure the area we want to purchase in is a good investment. We need properties that have been sold in that suburb (coastal town - so it's not thousands), what they sold for, and the basic property features - laid out in a spreadsheet. As well as the rental properties rented / for rent in that area, price and basic features listed. We also need to assess our competition on AirBnB and other short stay accommodation websites. I envisage this would be around 20 hours of web research and data entry. Someone with previous employment in similar role would be appreciated, or someone with eye for detail and initiative essential.

Hello architects, We have a client who owns a large detached Yorkshire (UK) stone property circa 4000 Sq foot sitting in a large plot with plentiful parking and a large garden to the rear. The property is to be occupied by a family consisting of 2 adults and 3 children under 5 years of age. The vendors would like to create something special in fitting with their dream home and thus are looking for a creative architect / designer who has experience of UK Stone build properties/legislation so as to create 3D cad designs of potential remodelling of the exterior of the house maintaining the bulk of its structure and character. The vendor is also looking for an interior remodel which is in fitting with the exterior providing a contemporary, spacious, airy feel making use of the space effectively. Job specifics · To remodel the exterior of the house to give the house more kerb appeal, a wow factor and grand entrance. The remodel is to look at the entire house – front, sides, rear. · The land/gardens to be landscaped so as to complement the exterior and size of the property. Ideally low maintenance and taking into account the vendor has 3 under 5 year old children just now. The vendor would like differing themes encapsulated within this space and creative ideas so as to take into account children spaces, entertainment, low maintenance and weather in the UK. · To maintain the original features and character of the house. Potentially add velux windows or dormers bringing about more space however in line with the setting / structure of the house. · To remodel the internal so as to create a grand hall entrance and more airy, light, softer appeal.
