We are looking for a Twilio & Python/Django expert to implement a employee safety and paging system.
The idea is that a manager can setup a system that will call and check on employees automatically every x hours or minutes. The employee must enter a special code to alert the system that everything is going OK. If they do not enter the code correctly or do not respond, the system must page the managers.
This is used when an employee is working alone and we need to make sure they are OK.
Manager creates a schedule for checking on the employee (e.g. from 10 AM to 10 PM, call one per hour, or once per 90 minutes). They specify the number to be called to check (usually the main line at their work location...or for remote staff perhaps their cell phone).
Every 10 minutes cron will run (Heroku scheduler will be used...don't worry if you're not familiar with it, pretty basic), and if there are any employee checks to complete, it will call the number and prompt...
