I need real estate ads written of house for sale to generate buyers. There are a variety of buyers types. There are those that invest in houses to buy and hold, which means they keep it and rent it out. Some ideas for a title to ad targeted towards this type of buyer would be; HEY INVESTORS, EXPERIENCED OR NEW! GREAT DEALS IN YOUR AREA...READ THIS! ; BUYING/INVESTING IN REAL ESTATE? Then their are investor buyers who buy and sell also known as fix and flip. An example of a title would be, QUICK HOUSE FLIP IN DEARBORN. ACT FAST TO GET THE NEXT GREAT OPPORTUNITY! (along with a before and after photo of the house). The other titles mentioned would work for this type of buyers ad too. I would also like some of the ads to mention lenders for those that need funding for real estate investments and other ads geared towards cash buyers. I can put together an organized list of the different ads needed since this is getting a bit confusing. I apologize, just bear with me, A few ads will target retail buyers that prequalify for bank loans or private and hard money lenders and are ready to buy. Others will have bruised credit and cannot qualify for traditional loans buy can rent with option to buy, also called rent to own and lease with option to buy. ALL ADS should include the sentence, "Seller financing is an option for many of our available homes". I will attach an example of an ad that I wrote to give you an idea of length and structure. All together I would like 40 ads that I can go through and pick out 30 of them. For this reason I would like to pay by fixed rate instead of hourly because I would like to pay $1 per ad that is satisfactory and I can use and therefore keep for a total pay of $30. If I like more I will keep and pay for more but I am adding a clause that if less than 30 of the ads are satisfactory and I can't use them then the pay rate will be adjusted accordingly. For example, if I can only use 25 of them, the pay will be $25. I will be posting another job opportunity in the next couple of days for the same thing except the ads will need to be targeted towards sellers. This will require a lot more that 30 or 40 ads, as there are many different types of sellers and I will focus on 2 or 3 types at a time throughout the next year.
