Why this Job ? I work for a Real Estate investment company, we need to find properties where the financial numbers match our criteria. Who can do this Job ? You can do it if you are a software developer who knows how to use the MLS integration, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor or any major website portal's integration. What needs to be done ? We want you to develop a software, that will ask the user for parameters on where to search for the properties, what types of properties (numbers of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc) than the software will get a list of properties and do some mathematical calculations to sort them out, things like "Estimated rent price divided by the Sale price", "Estimated sale price divided by ask price" Then, the software will write a "offer of purchase", based on the template we already have and send this offer in PDF format to all the selected property owners / realtors via e-mail, keeping a database on all offers sent. No need for pretty interface, just needs to be SIMPLE and OPERATIONAL !
