The position is for on going projects, with the focus on real estate research, specifically statistics and analytical market trends on the Canadian and potentially U.S markets. The candidate must be proficient in word, excel, and have good written and verbal communication skills in english. Project tasks will be communicated verbally and written so this is mandatory. Basically, When a Client sends a list of properties that he wants me to research, then I look up the rest of the property details on a Foreclosure list (Tax or Mortgage) and fill in the data into a that I can start researching it for my client. In the beginning, this may be challenging to find where the data fits into my forms...but if you are quick, and dependable and accurate..I can use you for similar projects. Then after the forms are filled, in, visiting local courthouse records to read and review all possible documents to sort if they are relevant or not, to our property and/or the owner. This project has about 10 Forms..that need to be filled in. I will provide a list of 10 Addresses, that you can do a search for in the Data Lists with Real Estate details to find more details and put onto our forms. The format must be kept in original Wordperfect format when sending. I have samples in pdf format...for Sample Purposes Only.
