We are looking for a US-based VA that will answer business phone calls for us, schedule appointments and contact customers via phone or email. This person will work directly with our CEO and Account Manager.
We would have some business emails forwarded to you so that you may converse with the customers and there would be a business line that would be directly related to you. Were interested in setting up a phone interview with you as soon as possible. Once we contact you we would like to set up the best way to benefit both ways.
You are to support the company through performance of administrative functions like telephone and receptionist duties for the company and some basic admin roles.
We need someone experienced already. This will start as part-time for now that can go to full-time role depending on your performance.
We will provide all your needs and we will somehow train with how we do things.
We need someone who start right away.
