A set of XSD schema files will be provided and the corresponding objects must be created in C#.NET. The objects must implement a very very detailed requirement spec. I will provide the spec and the schema. You must implement the objects and the rules defined in the spec. The schema represent data stored in files and in services. They are extremely specific. I will provide sample files and they must be parsed, ingested into the objects created from the schema and the output must be serialized to an XML format and a ASCII Key-Value pair file format. I can provide a sample XSLT for this. The work is very straight forward. Adhering to the spec and the requirements is a must. I am not sure how well a remote freelance worker will work given the stringent requirements. If you are local to the Washington DC area, then this would be much better. We can discuss how someone at distance can work on this and potentially find a solution. This work is for presentation to a major client and if you have contributed enough there is potential for you to join me in pursuing this contract. I guarantee there is an immediate need for this product, but it must meet stringent requirements to be successful. Now the bad news. At current, I am not in a position to spend a lot of money on this. I know there is a need for this and I know the market it is being used for. This is the field I work in. I have been in touch with the people directly responsible for the requirements and there is an immediate need for this, but I am simply one guy who has initiated the development, and the software design. The rest of the work is straight forward but I need someone to kick this into overdrive. I work full time and cannot spend the hours in the office on this. I cannot finish this alone, but I know for a fact the demand for this product is big, and I know for a fact that if I don't do this, someone else will. It is only a matter of time before the big companies do this and monopolize the contracts available. People are recognizing this need and in my most recent conversations with the requirement developers, they have already initiated discussions on gathering information on the available software. I would like to be the first to present this full package. You can be part of this with me. I will reward you greatly if you embark on this with me and it is immediately recognized as the product these organizations have been waiting for. They expend many man hours and many development hours on this same thing. I intend to bring it together into one package and create a privileged relationship with the requirements creators. This is all within grasp. Let me know if you are interested. I will be happy to speak more about it. I will continue to push with the development myself, but I hope to have help to complete this in much faster time.
