The Zeidler Center is a non-profit that facilitates dialogues between groups in conflict (i.e. Milwaukee police officers and communities of color). See www.zeidlercenter.org for more information about our organization.
We seek a writer who can take qualitative data from our listening circles and produce a report. A listening circle contains approximately 6-8 participants and one professional facilitator who takes anonymous notes on participant responses to specific questions. Each dialogue will have the notes from multiple facilitators in the form of bullet points representing individual responses.
INPUT: See a list of SAMPLE facilitator notes available via this link: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/5w3bq85h3s2pyf2/AAC2yHWncrm_pyJRKA6Kbcs0a?dl=0
This input was used to create the first section of the attached multi-dialogue report.
OUTPUT: Report writers need to first consolidate facilitator notes into a single document, organizing bullet points into broad themes. The next step will be to write an analysis of the themes (approx. 10 pages). Lastly, the report will have a 1-2 page Executive summary with a table of contents. Please see attached example of a report. **Please note: sample represents 3 dialogue reports put into one. (Pay rate below is for one dialogue report, however).
