I am looking to engage an audience of job-seekers, recruiters, and hiring managers with web-posted articles pertaining to the employment process.
For job-seekers, articles should be helpful and can range from tips on interviewing, job-searching, resume and cover letter writing, managing a professional brand, exiting a job, how to cope with the loss of a job, how to negotiate a raise, etc.
For recruiters and hiring managers, articles can range from tips on interviewing, how to identify and select top talent, the benefits of using external recruiters, how to successfully on-board a new employee, etc.
We are seeking 22 articles per month. 11 targeted at the job-seeker, and 11 targeted at the recruiter or hiring manager. I am seeking to hire one writer to handle articles for job-seekers, and one to handle articles for recruiters and hiring managers.
It is acceptable to search for existing content for inspiration, but all articles must be in your own words. All work will be checked for plagiarism. Work should be completed by the third Saturday in each month, as each article will be scheduled for posting in the following month.
Interested writers should be willing to submit one free article aimed at job-seekers, and one free article aimed at hiring managers and recruiters.
