The Automotive Used Car Acquisition Manager will strive to provide highly satisfactory profit margins on dealer capital invested in Inventory.
Manage, train and direct a team of inventory researcher representatives.
Support, encourage, and motivate personnel team daily
Accountable for daily performance metrics
Develop a creative and successful strategy for buying used cars
Maximize profitability on each transaction
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Must have strong computer skills, advanced Excel, and familiarity with used car tools (VIN solutions, VAuto, MMR, Auction Reports, etc.
Must have a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability.
Must have at least 5 years of previous Automotive car Management experience
Fluent in English
Used car buying/appraising experience a PLUS
Available to work a flexible schedule,on American holidays and weekends
Strong background within the auto industry is required
Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others
Organization and follow-up skills
