We need a mentor to guide us through these stages in our start up business. We have the NZ Otago University creating our new product which is within sports nutrition, and we have maintained the IP ownership. We have a business plan and firm idea of what we want to do with our brand and our product range and business, with a product that is the first of its kind coming to market we have had several people excited about what we have and raise their hands for investment interests. We are currently putting together a presentation for a private crownfund amongst our friends/networks for an investment of $500 - $1000 to enter into a 5% equity pool. We need someone to review our presentation and forecasting to ensure what we have is presenting the oppurtunity and also legal. We need someone to review our business plans and guide us in getting our product from NZ into Australia and the US. We have a plan in place but we need an experianced mentor to work with us to review our plans and assist us in how we go about implementing them and understanding how this all works. We need someone preferably experianced in getting products to market internationally and someone who is excited about sports nutrition and the market that it is. We are seeking someone to work with us for the next 6 months and then reviewing the relationship and if all is going well, we would like to continue on with this mentor. Thank you Ashlee and Pace New Zealand

I am looking to create a 2 to 3 page "executive" summary on a Commercial Real Estate Venture. The sponsors of the "fund" are partnering together to acquire undervalued retail properties in the New York City market. One of the partners is actually a supermarket operator and can operate the store in the piece of real estate that we acquire if there is vacancy. I need this summary to have a few "graphs" and "charts" that perhaps indicate as well a slowdown in the "real estate market" that may lead to better value know for people like ourselves looking to buy real estate. Very focused on the urban markets throughout Manhattan and the Boroughs

Create a simple storefront database structure that does NOT interface to Salesforce CRM. The account/contact in our system is called a Member_DNA__c. That member needs to see a list of items for sale, maybe 500 items. Select the items wanted and if warranted the size, color and quantity and add to another object called check out. No taxes or shipping are required. The total needs to call paypal or stripe for payment. The deliverables will be the objects and fields required, apex to process the orders test code for apex and instructions to install and use. Process Builder and Flows should be used for logic with no apex for store. Apex can be used to interface to paypal or stripe. We will provide the UI through Skuid.
