For the first 2 week, the job would entail daily review of the current customer support responses to inbound email inquiries against ordered product. During that 2 week period, we would want a document similar to an FAQ created from the responses.
- For about 2 weeks, review emails and build a document with good responses (FAQ)
- For the next few weeks, we want you to create draft responses to each inbound email, but not send it. Then we will take a look at your response, and send it out if it's good,a and we'll give feedback where it's not.
Then you will take over customer support, and only reach out to us when you need help.
Emails usually are questions about when an order will arrive, someone received the wrong size product, the customer wants to change a product before it is shipped, or other similar inquiry
