Experienced artist required to help design 2D RPG world.
Please only apply if you have confident experience for the assets we are discussing.
The job role includes but not limited to:
1. The original design of various buildings. Houses, Castles, Shops, Barns, Cabins and so on. (this world is based in the modern era but the technology is different to ours)
2. Nature. Trees, bushes, water features, sand, grass, water, rocks.
This will be done and paid in stages.
Stage 1. Sketch. 2. Hard Sketch. 3 Coloured and polished.
If you want us to read your application you *MUST* type the word "Lucky" as a response to the first question which will say "Did you read the job posting?" Just type "Lucky". This is to reduce spammers. We only want to work with people who are excited to be apart of the project.
The world is based up on having no firearms, but still electricity and advanced melee weapons and other devices. Somewhat steampunk but not entirely.
There is little to no mechanical transportation but still modern technology.
To apply for this role we require an original Sketch of a building that you think would suit this world. Think Middle ages vibe, but still in the year 2016-2020. Lots of nature and wild animals exist.
The Target Audience is young adults. But we hope kids can play the game as well. We do not want to see a sketch from an older project.
But if you submit a Sketch we would love to see your other completed ones so we can check out your colouring skills.
When you apply for the job posting if you can supply a price quote for the stages (Sketch, Hardline and coloured) so we have a ballpark figure to go with if we decide to hire you.
Of course we want the best price but we also want the best artist.
The better the price the more work we can offer.
Note: We are launching a Kickstarter this year and after it's success we can negotiate payments further. We have an advertising reach of over 1,000,000.
The budget posted is simple a figure. Our funds are going everywhere and we work with people who can work with our needs.
Thank you so much for your time and we look forward to reading your applications. :)
