Looking for developer to help with existing Ruby on Rails & AngularJS web application. Could become ongoing development with a few hours a week up to 10-20 hours a week depending on new functionality requested by the client. The application integrates with another system. I work directly with the client and I have someone that works on the integration side. I also work on the integration and general front end updates. However, I want someone proficient with RoR & Angular to essentially be the lead developer for rails/angular updates. So you must be proficient with those two languages and their frameworks. English must be your first language or there must be no language barrier when we speak - if you aren't 100% fluent in English and its nuances & idioms then it isn't going to work - software development is tricky enough as it is, I don't want to waste any energy with communication issues.

I have completed the functionality of my simple Rails app, and it works perfectly in development and production. However I am unable to get one single RSpec (Capybara) test to pass. I use Stripe as a payment processor, which allows customers to purchase projects/courses. ... Stripe's test functionality works as expected in development, however I'm getting strange errors when I run integration tests for the Stripe iframe. I need assistance updating my RSpec test, so the Stripe integration/feature tests pass.
