We need an expert urgently who has build application with Twilio and Php and integrated with salesforce please describe minum 5 applications where you have build application on twilio and integration and twilio and php We need to build a custom softphone that integrates with twilio has the funtionality of click to call , autodialer , team dialer , in bound out bound call blending As we discussed i am attaching a power-point slide also on what is hunter and farmer please see it So the logic is 1) Hunter are the guys that will dial on behalf of the farmer 2) As a sales manager i should be able to manage my sales floor of hunters and farmers and have a setting where i can change how many hunters can dial on behalf of a farmer 3) So the logic is that very farmer will have a ownership of records or customer base they will upload the list or as manager i can upload the ist on bhelaf of all the farmers and distrinute the ownership of the customer list to each farmer 4) Once the farmers or the manager has uploaded the list and assigned a bank of hunters say 4 hunters to one farmer the hunters start dialing on behalf of the farmer customer list Every farmer will have ownership of their own customer list 5) Once the hunter bank of 4 gets one live customer they talk qualify and then transfer the call to the farmer Once the farmer is busy talking to the customer then the bank of 4 hunters are immediately assigned to the farmer who has waited the longest in the que 6) If there is an overflow of calls to the hunter say 2 hunters get a customer on the phone simultaneously then that overflow should be thrown to the immediate available farmer provided that customer list is the same for that farmer or same industry customer list Please note the hunters should have the capability of turning on autodialer that will expedite the calls being done and live transfers being done The whole idea of this logic is that the resources are being optimized and no one is sitting idle constantly farmers are kept busy talking to customers To get a better idea of the set up of dialing and live transfer please see the power point slide attached for the project Knowledge of these technolgoies is a must : Heroku , PHP ,Angular,js, Postgress SQL .
