Looking for help running Facebook ads for my company. The product is SaaS for specific industries -- mortgage, real estate, and insurance in the U.S. ONLY. REQUIREMENTS -- 1. English as first language 2. FACEBOOK ADS + SALES + MARKETING + COPYWRITING The product offers a FREE 30-day trial for new signups... obviously the key is not just getting signups, but the right kinds of clients that will convert beyond the 30 days into paying customers. We do a lot on our end to ensure this with personal follows up, phone calls to clients, appointments to discuss and help with marketing, etc. We have many assets for marketing, including: sales letters, video, lead magnets, drip emails for "activation" (value-based emails without pitch) and then "conversion" (emails with sales pitch driving consumers to free trial signup form) This is all built into the Infusionsoft CRM platform. Signup form, payment collection, etc. -- all of it is ready and working great in Infusionsoft. We are familiar with Facebook and internet marketing internally, however we have a small team and we've just about reached our bandwidth, so looking to have someone help run our ads and maintain them -- anywhere from 5-10+ hours per week... We have insight on who to target -- not just those within our target industries, but again, those that we feel will be more likely to convert into successful, paying clients. Also, open to new ideas and strategies. The ideal candidate will create banners using tools like Canva and also write the ad copy, and decide which of the assets will be promoted -- whether it's directly the free-trial signup page, a lead magnet, sales letter, video, etc. All of our marketing assets have re-targeting pixels placed on them. Ad budget is around $80-100/day With some early testing we've done, hoping to get new signups at a Cost Per Acquisition of $20 or less... to start, I understand it will be higher... 2 signups per day for that ad spend would be acceptable... 5+ signups per day would be ideal. Right now, we're converting over 95% of our free trial signups into paying customers... want to maintain over 90% conversion rate on that, so getting the right customers is obviously important. We have a fair amount of knowledge on this, and offer a great starting point to be successful with running our ads on Facebook, but again, challenged with bandwidth/resources to be able to run these effectively in house, so looking to partner with someone stellar that can join our team at this capacity to help us grow our company.
