I need someone to assist me with managing bookings for an Art Fair event.
The candidate will be working together with the company director to assist with administrative, organisation and customer relations tasks related to the daily operations of the business.
Individuals must be self-motivated, confident and passionate about growing a business and requires someone who is diverse and and to learn new skills/tasks quickly.
- Managing all the artists
- Taking stand bookings
- Processing application forms
- Dealing with queries and questions
- Contacting interested artists
- Managing the email account
- Managing the CRM database (eg. updating email and contact lists on CRM)
- Following up with clients/customers
Start Date: ASAP
Job Qualifications and Proficiencies:
Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Word, Photoshop Gmail, and Google Docs;
Inquisitive, self-motivated and able to problem-solve;
Spelling, grammar and punctuation skills;
High level of English spelling, grammar and punctuation
Pay Rate and Time Requirements:
5+ hours per week
Must complete a minimum of 4 weeks of training;
Tasks assigned weekly on Monday mornings;
Weekly progress reports due Thursday 17:00GMT
