En mi empresa ofrecemos asesorías en inversiones inmobiliarias. cuando vendemos un apartamento cobramos una comisiones al cliente comprador y otra comisión a la constructora. La comisión que cobramos a los clientes la repartimos entre el equipo de venta. Cuando vendemos un apartamento, el vendedor gana el 40% de la comisión que deja el cliente y el gerente de venta gana un 20%. Cuando un Vendedor, acumula ventas por 20 Millones de Pesos Chilenos (CLP) o más, su porcentaje de comisión sube a un 51% y tiene como requisito, incorporar 4 vendedores a su equipo de venta, por los cuales tendrá que pagar 35 mil CLP mensual por cada uno. Estos nuevos vendedores parten también con una comisión de un 40% y si alguno de ellos vende, el Vendedor que ahora gana un 51%, ganará el 11% de diferencia. El siguiente rango se logra cuando en conjunto con su equipo, el vendedor genera 65 Millones de CLP en ventas. Entonces pasa a ganar un 62% y tiene como requisito liderar un equipo de 6 personas o más, por las cuales tiene que pagar 35 mil CLP por cada uno. El siguiente y ultimo rango lo alcanza al generar en conjunto con su equipo 180 Millones de CLP. Entonces ganará el 75% y debe liderar 8 personas o más. En este rango, el vendedor y líder, tiene la opción de abrir una oficina propia, usando la marca de mi empresa, es decir abre una franquicia. En ese caso, tiene que pagar un fee inicial más un royalty mensual de un 5% de las ventas. Lo que necesito es alguien que analice en detalle esta estructura de comisiones y la optimice. *Adjunto imagen de estructura. Tiene algunas falencias importantes, como por ejemplo, ¿qué sucede si un vendedor nuevo alcanza el rango del 51% y su líder aún tiene un 51%? El líder entonces no ganará nada de las ventas de su vendedor. Entonces, ¿cómo afecta esto? ¿Cual es la solución? We are looking for someone to act as a consultant and provide advice and take actions on the best way to launch product on Crowdfunding Platform - looking for someone who has launched crowdfunding campaigns in the past, with a proven track record of success and who has vast experience in this area. I am looking for someone with either Kickstarter or Indiegogo experience in writing scripts for the pitches. I need a written script and implore ways to improve it.
