We're seeking an experienced telemarketer/sales person to follow up on prospects for our gym. Prospects include people who have completed free trials, opted in to our email offerings or other forms of opt in, but have not signed a membership agreement. Cold calling will be very limited, if any. All leads will be provided by us.
The goal will be to get the prospects to set up an appointment and come in to the gym. Pay will be hourly with bonuses for appointments completed, new memberships and monthly bonuses for excellent performance.
Appointments will be set in our CRM software, and appointments completed will be tracked to ensure proper compensation.
We will provide a basic script and information related to our pricing and services.
Previous sales/telemarketing experience is required. Experience in the fitness industry is recommended.
