The job is to achieve a combination of items:
1. Sign up charity partners to work with Urban Ninja Events
2. Sign up a corporate sponsor to help with Urban Ninja Events
3. Get Urban Ninja events listed on corporate and other event sites (stag dos, birthday parties etc)
4. Any other similar style of lead generation and acquisition that the experienced professional can think of - open to ideas
The ultimate goal is to sell more tickets for Urban Ninja Events and hence be able to hold more throughout the year and be financially viable.
Experience required in sponsorship acquisition and B2B charity event management or marketing would be extremely beneficial for this role. The successful candidate will be provided with a starting list of suitable corporates, charities and event listing sites to target with instructions to do research and achieve other leads if required. The role is fairly autonomous and success will be based purely on the ability to acquire partners - no design work or collation of leads will be considered relevant.
