Call Recording Project: We need to created a section in our "Contacts Tab" in SalesForce that would be able to display matched call recordings stored on a Lylix server running Asterisk 11. A screenshot is attached to this posting. All call recordings are done through FreePBX and we need a way match & play the recording file through Salesforce, that matches the Salesforce Contact records phone number. The phone recording files are stored in the default folder. /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/ Currently we access the recordings through the "FreePBX in a flash" control panel" Code Rules: 1. The code needs to display the number of records it finds on the server, 2. Needs to have a play bar built into Salesforce. 3. If the Apex program can't find a recording, it will return a value of 0. 4. Must be able to display the time stamps in the correct format 5. Must be able to display the Caller ID field 6. The Star rating can only be selected once and only if certain values are true. (Explained Later) Star Rating Report: Each day the call recordings will be evaluated and be assigned a star rating 1-5. We need to create a report that will display the users and their average rating for a given time period. I will explain more later in the project. Important Note: If this section starts to slow down while a user is accessing the contact, then we would resort to a button that will run the program and display the data in a popup window. This would allow the user to pull up a record without running the code to pull phone recordings.

Hi, We are looking for someone with proven expertise in Salesforce development. Context: We have developed in the past various triggers to customize the way that Salesforce works for us. One of these triggers is a Lead Auto Convert that automatically creates a contact from the information that we gathered in our Web-to-lead forms inserted in Wordpress. The other main APEX Trigger is the one that establishes a hierarchy of Status and the overriding of some fields. Now, these triggers are giving us some problems that we need to fix. A complete review and possible optimization of all the apex triggers that we have will be needed. 1) Code Coverage Error - In this case we tried to make a simple change in the trigger (changing one simple text in the name of one region) but trying to do the deploy we received a Code Coverage Error. Code Coverage Failure Your organization's code coverage is 45%. You need at least 75% coverage to complete this deployment. Also, the following triggers have 0% code coverage. Each trigger must have at least 1% code coverage. customizationOnLeadConvert We need an explanation and a fix for this kind of errors. 2) Other deployment errors - When we do a deploy, we run the default tests and everything goes smoothly (except the first point stated) but if we select the option run all tests we receive more errors, mainly associated with other tools installed in Salesforce. Image attached. 3) Data Import Wizard error - When we try to use the Data Import Wizard, we receive the following error CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY:leadAutoConvert: execution of AfterInsert caused by: System.DmlException: ConvertLead failed. First exception on row 5; first error: REQUIRED_FIELD_MISSING, accountId must be specified if contactId is not null: [Id] Trigger.leadAutoConvert: line 68, column 1:— - Thus, preventing us to use this functionality. 4) Bulk upload query limit - Regardless the error stated above, we know that we have a limit of 100 SQL queries to be done at once but we read that it is possible to surpass this limit using a asynchronous method that run the queries in intervals... We need a explanation to know how to do this as we need to do important bulk uploads sometimes..
