I would like to replicate my instance of Salesforce in a new organization and then import all the records I exported from the old organization. There are no custom objects to create, just custom fields, lists, triggers, very basic workflows, reports, etc. Please provide a short description of your experience and a sampling of a few of the technical aspects of past Salesforce projects you've supported. Once the base level is complete (something that should not take more than a few hours and I can help as well), assuming the quality of work and timeliness suffices, we would like to continue working with you on a month to month basis. Once you've provided a short description of your experience, I will provide you with the design documents we used to set up the last org and the exported csv files so you can begin asking any questions you may have. Once they do, we would like the primary contact from each institution to receive a notification of some sort. Hi, Currently we have in salesforce a trigger, so that when a parent object is created, 6 child records are automatically created. We have a workflow email alert that sends an email for each child record created, so we have 6 emails being sent. Each child record has a "Contact" object related, so if there are 2 child records with the same child contact associated, it shoots 2 emails to the same contact. What we need here is to create an email alert (not possible with workfllows), so that instead of sending 6 emails, we need one single email per contact in the associated child records.

I have a one time project and I need a trigger or code written for a button that will do the following: We use the Case as our primary object, In any case there a varying number of contracts (we call them "document approvals" we send to our Customer Community Plus customers for each case. The contract/document approval is always related to the master case by the "related case field". Each contract has a varying number of attachements which are the items the portal user is actually approving.
