Looking for a resource who’s experienced in SAP change management module (Charm + Solution manager) with a knowledge of industry standard ticketing system such as Service Now.
Technical (techno- functional) resource who can do hands on ABAP development is preferable. I can then help the that resource with our change management practice.
A plus if this individual has hands on development experience with SAP CRM module.
Duration: approx 6-12 months.
Role: Will resolve post go live tickets, bug fixes, etc. Will need some overlap time with US.
1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP Solution Manager and CHARM. (Candidates with lesser experience should be eliminated from any considerations).
2. Candidate must have experience in configuring SAP Solution Manager and CHARM software and this skills must be well reflected in their resume. (Candidates who do not have configuration experience should be eliminated from any considerations).
3. Varian is using SAP Solution Manager as their Change Management tools along with CHARM for all the Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Release Management. Candidate must be well versed in SOLMAN tool for change management.
4. Candidate may have experience in installation, configuration, and upgrade experience in SAP SOLMAN and CHARM
