Les Bijouteries an online fashion boutique is seeking candidates’ for their online chat/customer service/sales team. Candidates must have a proven track record in online chat in the retail industry preferably garments and apparels.
We do business internationally however most our visitors and customer base is located in the United States, it is imperative that the candidate has a full mastery of the English, speaking, written and written, bilingual is a plus.
Our online team will be responsible for creating a personal while highly professional experience for our customers. Our online Chat/Customer Service Sales team will be responsible for answering customer inquires as well as offering the customer information regarding store policies or website tools and our daily sale, discounts and or giveaways offering value to our brand and the customer experience.
The candidate must also have a knack of online soft sales and upselling driving revenue while still maintaining a comfortable feel for the website visitor. The experience that we look to create is that of one entering a brick and mortar store.
It is important that candidate is friendly yet professional, works well under pressure and is comfortable working within a fast paced environment.
Must be flexible with work hours, initially you will be required to work as a need bases during our marketing campaigns in order for us to monitor skill, professionalism and the ability to drive revenue, hours will increase accordingly.
