What this is means is SEO driven curation/ hosting/ posting and reposting of stories aggregated from elsewhere that are specifically relevant to our communities: Articles, profiles, photo slide shows, top 7 lists, music, videos, etc. and pushing these from our blog through our social media and the skiing, snowboarding and ski resort travel communities and relevant mainstream.
You will use key metrics to measure and help identify what to articles rate well and to push and replicate and which content is not successful and should be killed.

Our target market is a very clear niche: Snow-skiing; Snowboarding and Ski resort travel communities.
If people do not ski, do not snowboard, do not plan on visiting ski resorts (in winter when there is snow), then they are NOT our market. We do not wish to target them or communicate with them.
Target Regions: Nth America is a #1 targeted region for Year 1.
Year 2 we will expand into other English Speaking markets such as UK, Netherlands in Europe.
Note: We are a new business. A start-up. So we can only afford a maximum of 15hrs a week for a 3 month trial. I would appreciate in your reply to this job posting that you outline what your personal thoughts are in regards to what you would like to accomplish in this timeframe.
