We need the report to identify the ideal client for this company and then find keywords that might match our client's organic searches. The report would need to include search volume, competition for keywords and the PPC value of each keyword along with a "top ten" keywords to target (not necessarily based on search volume, but more on the ideal customer for our client and the niche the client is targeting).
This is not an average keyword report, it is very in-depth keyword research. This company does B2B Market Research primarily for tech industries. Their main target is c-level employees at these types of companies needing market research...

----------------- has a very narrow market of companies looking for B2B technology market research focus with a possible 10-15K customers. 80% of the business is doing market research and 20% is competitive intelligence. The company needs to market directly to people in decision making positions within the tech industry with a need for market research.
In our search we will query Win Loss Study, Customer Surveys, and Brand Equity B2B among other suggestions in order to find the relevancy and search volume for these to see if there are other, comparable search terms that, while low in search volume are very high in relevancy for the niche market.
We will emphasize in our research that ---------------- “gets” B2B and find keywords that convey that concept.
