An internet marketing company based in Austin Texas, which focuses on training for entrepreneurs, is seeking a digital marketing manager.

Job responsibility and training will be focused on the following activities:
-Management of daily paid search and social campaigns, and optimization in Google, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube etc, including automated bid rules, search query analysis, and new keyword research.
-Monitor activity, analyze performance, and find new opportunities within paid social campaigns and ads.
-Management of paid search and social programs to meet all program goals (revenue, ROAS, repeat customer, cost per order, etc.)
-Perform split tests, copy, landing pages, promo offers to improve KPIs and CTR.
Drive growth initiatives that bring traffic, improve brand awareness and positioning, and increase sales through customer acquisition and retention.
-Own the company’s sales and marketing strategies, keep and update a digital marketing calendar.
-Develop a comprehensive online marketing plan that will provide qualified leads and sales support. Assist to build cross sell/upsell prospects.
-Work with analytics to define, report, and analyze results for all online channels, use analytical insights to drive effective decisions.
-Create and manage retargeting campaigns.
-Create, manage, and report on Facebook ad campaigns.
Produce monthly and weekly reports to track conversion rates and manage improvements to campaigns and landing pages to benchmark success with return on investment.
Interested candidates should have the following requirements and qualifications:
Proven record of creating and executing successful paid search and social strategies that yielded significant customer acquisition and loyalty growth.
Knowledge of Google Analytics/AdWords.
Google AdWords certification desirable.
Have advanced and broad knowledge of online marketing channels, affiliate SEM/PPC, SEO earned media, email and retention, content, and influencer marketing.
Outstanding self-motivation, strategy, autonomy, data-driven, excellent ability to clearly articulate insights and actions.
Excel proficiency, extremely analytical with ability to tackle large data sets and find insights and actions, pivot tables, and report creation.
Understanding of what drives customer retention and the influence of UI/UX.
Knowledgeable of both online and offline marketing strategy.
Creative and action oriented, can think of creative methods to drive revenue.
Phenomenal communication skills, including verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation.
Self-driven professional who knows what needs to be done, operates with urgency, attention to detail, and discipline.
Not limited to 9-5, task-oriented.

Basic copywriting skills.
Can compose compelling messages to greatly increase sales.
