Tasks: Your job is clear and focused – to grow our company. You will do this by executing the marketing strategies developed by our company owner. This will be supplemented by regular online strategic planning meetings with our operations team and company owner. Our marketing strategy is primarily “pull-based” (we "pull" clients in by offering free, engaging content) and “content-based”. Most of your projects will involve sharing and repurposing (into different formats) content that we already produce. This includes coordinating the production and repurpose (into different FORMATS, such as audio, video, articles, blogs, eBooks, etc.) of the many types of content we produce. You should be able to manage or learn to manage other contractors, such as editors, writers, graphic designers, etc. You should also be extremely knowledgeable about marketing and developing content (both static and multi-media). If you are suitably qualified, you will be given full strategic oversight of many of these projects. Alternatively, we will also consider a less qualified individual with a minimum of two years of marketing experience who is looking for a long-term career in marketing.
Team: You will be working directly with our company owner and virtual team located in the Philippines. You will have strategic vision provided from our company owner. Our virtual team can assist you with data entry and other basic tasks. Our virtual team manager will assist you in managing the details of many of these projects and is very familiar with the projects. You will also have assistance from a number of other contractors, such as writers, editors, graphic designers, web developers, etc.
Time: This is a FULL-TIME career. We STRONGLY prefer you have no other career-related obligations.
Training: We offer paid learning opportunities. You will have access to our corporate Amazon Kindle and Audible audiobooks account and will be paid to read and learn on the job. We strongly believe in continually developing our knowledge and expertise. How far will your career go if you were paid to read 50 books per year on marketing and related skills in just the next 12 months?
Perfect English: Perfect written and spoken English language (you will be tested for this before hiring).
Skype Voice: Must have a microphone and high-speed internet access and be comfortable doing a Skype voice chat on a regular basis (please do NOT apply if you do not have an excellent internet connection for voice calls).
Availability: Must be able to work full-time hours with no conflicting obligations.

Experience: Must have a minimum of two years of experience to be considered for the role of marketing coordinator/assistant and five years of experience for the role of marketing manager.
