We're seeking individuals who speak any of the following languages:
English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Chinese, Italian, Malay to promote our site in each language's respective markets.
Become familiar with our website: we offer customers direct access to all major Japanese websites, offering mostly Japanese products like CDs, DVDs, Video Games, Books, Manga, Toys, Electronics.
We're looking for a creative, and intelligent person who transcends traditional norms. A person with cutting edge ideas, rather than a cookie-cutter "Google taught me this and that" character. Some one who will innovate a diverse approach to getting our name out there, and more importantly- efficiently balance reach with targeting. We're a true startup, so our budget is more limited than Donald Trump's world views. Thus, we need someone who can help a startup, reach that magical first goal: the break-even point. We have yet to initiate any kind of marketing, as we have limited experience/understanding in the field. We are however aware that there are countless ways to generate awareness of a new service, and target our ideal clientele. YouTube videos showing off hot new Japanese products (package opening... with a link to where they can be purchased on our site). Blog articles. Piggybacking off the success of other blogs (guest blog posts). Affiliate marketing. Quality link building. All this, and so much more. We're after somehow who has experience managing, and executing these types of campaigns- and many others. The more diverse our marketing toolchest, the better. We're also open to a commission based split (ie. part salary, part commission, for orders driven as a direct result of your work). We believe this approach would incite a more precise, highly customized approach to your work, rather than a generic, one-size-fits-all/hope-for-the-best approach. I'm personally not a fan of tossing everything out there, and hoping something sticks. This isn't brainstorming. It's marketing. Bad marketing/bad press (unless you're a celebrity's kid) won't do a business much good.
Above all else... like most people- we hate spam. If your work will include any kind of outsourcing of work to third parties, click farms, link farms, etc... we'll have one of our samurai have a chat with you. ;) Needless to say, we're interested in a trial run first- for example- one month- to see what you can do, how your work will affect traffic- but more importantly- what kind of traffic it will be- how relevant it'll be, how many actual customers it'll generate, etc. If all goes well, we'll be happy to accept your full time.
In your proposal message, just let us know:
1. How many hours per week you can work for us,
2. Which language you are most comfortable marketing in
3. A preferred pay structure (keep in mind, you are competing against others)
4. An estimate of what exactly you can deliver in given week, or month.
5. Please tell us a little more about the unique ideas/services you can offer that will benefit our needs, and render you a truly valuable asset to us.
Again... please remember: we DO NOT WANT to spam the net with our links. We're not interested in bots, any automated link creation, blasting the web with our links, or any automated/software-based tricks. We only want human-generated work, that is relevant to the products we offer.
