We're looking for a Digital Campaign Manager / Team Assistant to join our team on a full time basis. We have offices in Hong Kong, Sydney, Indonesia and we're setting up shop in the UK.
This is a general digital/team assistant role, hence you can expect your day to be wide and varied. You’ll working closely with a high performance, fast paced team. You’ll possess a high degree of motivation, creativity and drive.
Assist with all areas of campaign planning and execution
Work directly with internal and external support teams across all client and internal activity
Setup campaigns across various platforms, creative placements & work closely with internal departments on all areas of campaign execution where required
Create, schedule and report on email campaigns
Create CRO tests to a brief
Social: schedule social media activity, run and control the delivery of various social calendars/brands, report on defined metrics relative to set KPIs - huge opportunity to grow your social chops with some pretty high profile brands
Troubleshooting campaign, client or production issues
Manage and support digital production including asset collation, team WIPs, supplier scheduling, supplier research etc
Various digital research functions - competitor analysis, general category research, identify and follow trends, keep up to speed with changes and new entrants to the digital ecosystem etc
Data entry including CRM & pipeline upkeep etc, some general financial data entry, manage all upkeep associated with client and team Trello boards
Some accounting functions - you’ll be responsible for ensuring costs per client are accurately recorded, some elements of financial reconciliations, some financial data entry if you have or are willing to learn Xero
General follow up/communications tasks - scheduling meetings, following up on various issues, chase outstandings, keep internal and external people on task and on time
Collate and deliver reports detailing campaign performance, production schedules, record meeting minutes and capture outcomes etc
Collate and chase content creation requirements both internally and externally. You’ll also be responsible for managing the delivery of various content creation calendars
Support the general day to day operations of the agency and our client partners
A passion for digital marketing, a bonus if you’ve got any of your own projects off the ground!
Ideally some experience in content and creative production
Experiencing working and interacting with clients when required. Some corporate experience a plus
Some insight and experience working on digital campaigns from cradle to grave. In terms of channels any experience with social, paid search, programmatic or any other channel is fine
Experience operating in a fast paced, high performance environment
Experience working across various different tasks/functions concurrently
Bonus: A good eye for detail and any design skill, good numerical skills, a logical and rational approach to dealing with issues/problems, experience executing performance campaigns across any platform, experience optimising the full scope of a conversion funnel. toward specific and set KPIs ie CPA.
A huge, huge bonus if you have experience in the performance marketing realm either agency or advertiser/brand side. Affiliate experience also applies here.
Fluent english (written and verbal) a must have for this role.
Photoshop or any other image editing tool. Bonus if you have any design skill and can perform basic functions like cropping and positioning etc
Mailchimp, getresponse or campaign monitor
Experience with Google Analytics
Trello and Slack
Bonus if you have experience with adwords or any other ad platforms
Xero experience a bonus
Prosperworks or any other CRM
Shopify or any other ecommerce platform

Please note this is a full time, salaried role with a discretionary year end bonus. You'll be given the opportunity to increase your earning potential throughout each year based on your contribution to the business.
