So I am working on an AWESOME business idea that I really want to gain scale, and I need a creative, awesome and determined Virtual Assistant!
The role will likely expand into Full-Time if all goes to plan. So my services are going to be offering social media, the details of why it will be unique I will reveal once I know you better.
I need you to be able to research the clients and custom tailor social media posts to them. I will provide training on different tools but I would expect you to have your head around basic image editing, using social platforms, including hashtags and be fast and efficient.
You must have excellent English, be good with copywriting, able to multitask and meet a deadline. The two social networks of focus will be Instagram and Facebook.
I will use Google Sites to put in the processes and resources that you will be using. You will also need to use:
• CRM Tools to manage customers, send emails, follow up, send invoices and respond to inquiries
• Analytics to see the best times to schedule tools
• Tools such as LastPass to manage logins and passwords
• Excel to create spreadsheets
• AdWords Campaigns and Facebook Ads
• Invoicing tools, including Xero
Experience in Wordpress and blogging is also very beneficial.
