- Handle customers queries over phone, e-mail and chat.
- Execute Service tests and keep track or records.
- Regular Update of Knowledge base
- Monitor the service availability and take action according
- Fix bugs and erros
- Code new features
- Work experience in a SMS Gateway company is a must
- Experience within a Support Team in either the telecommunications or technology sectors
- Interest in SMS technologies (SMPP, HTTP, XML)
- Basic knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, most common protocols (HTTP APIs, ssh, vpn)
- Working knowledge of Linux, kannel, sms gateway, C, Web services, PHP, Java, etc
- Passionate about problem solving
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues as well as replicate and document for further escalation
- You should be able to speak and write in English fluently
- More than 40 hours a week
- Weekend and bank-holiday work required
