As part of the role, you will need ti understand the platforms the client is (or should be) using to achieve their online conversion funnel. As such;

The ideal candidate will have to be in love with digital marketing and take responsibility for the successful delivery of a multitude of client social media, content marketing, email marketing projects.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing client digital marketing needs and expectations. You will work with a team of social media experts, copywriters, strategists and designers to onboard new clients, and effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources. You will educate clients on best practices, and consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback.
Analysis of account objectives

Attend team meetings and may lead a portion.
Must have the ability to:
Monitor day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing as planned
Manage schedules, budgets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon
Work across several projects at once, holding the big vision as well as the detail.
Actively monitor project risks and scope to foresee and identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them
Identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs
Manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior management on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly
Proactively identify opportunities and deliver improvement
Proactively resolve client issues with outstanding communication
Ideal Desired Education/Experience:
4 year college degree
4 years of work experience, at least 2 years of that experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role
Superior oral and written communication skills
Adept at learning, or teaching themselves variety of software and apps.
High attention to detail and good organizational skills
Proven record for meeting targets and deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
