I need to pay $2.50/hour for English-speaking telemarketers with little to no accent.
I need to pay $2.00/hour or less for English-speaking virtual assistants who can do assorted administrative tasks.
If you are an agent, that is okay. Please tell me how many real estate trained VAs you can provide, what you charge, and how many hours they can work per week.
Whether or not you are an agent, a call center, or an individual, I need you to do the following:
Tell me what experience you have in real estate. This can include marketing, cold calling, blog writing, Craigslist, social media marketing - ANYTHING.
Tell me what your lowest acceptable hourly rate is for consistent virtual assistant work. This will be like a full time job. You probably won't have time to work other jobs - only for my company. Less hours to start, and as much to 60+ hours per week, every single week.
Tell me what your English level is.
In order for us to gather lots of clients, and therefore give you lots of work, we are not able to charge very much. Please, be specific and tell me what the lowest $/hour you will work for, if this is a full-time, consistent job.
I will hire as many qualified individuals I can find. If you only have a couple skills related to real estate, that is okay, apply anyway. The more skills, the better.
