Utilize Vtiger CRM to facilitate and streamline CLIENTXTown’s training programs. The first of which will be the ‘New Management Induction Program’. More specifically:
Enable CLIENTXTown HR department to access the CRM and easily capture new trainees as well as enroll them to the relevant induction program.
Automate email workflows for training schedules, email notifications, reminders, instructions, test results, etc.
Enable CRM administrators to easily create, modify, maintain and publish multiple-choice questions via SmartSurvey’s Control Panel. SmartSurvey requires control functions like: question time limits, question randomization, OTP access control, etc.
Regulate Trainees’ access control to SmartSurvey, for every online test i.e OTP authentication
Enable Trainees to access an online platform to complete pre-defined multiple-choice tests. Summarized test results automatically updated on CRM.
Summarised test results required for each relevant training program and training modules.
Record and report on all the relevant workflow steps in each program’s life cycle. Reports need to be produced on the following levels: individual, store, program, RM, HRM etc.
Auto create of dialling lists in Smartgo for each of the relevant ‘Welcome Call’ campaigns.
