We are looking for an experienced technical writer who can work with us to create working documentation on how to use and navigate our SaaS platform.
This documentation would be for both internal and external (Client) users. There may be a series of e-book how to around:
- Overview of Platform (logging in, how to navigate, how to add docs)
- Detailed break outs of specific sections: how to create SLA, KPIs, Projects, etc
The FIRST project would be a general overview of the system (step by step of logging in, company and user set up, user roles, company admin features, messaging and notifications, etc). These would be step by step written directions with screen shots/pictures of required steps.
We envision the final product to be in PDF form which we would enable clients to download straight from our support site, and also distribute to them manually as needed.
