We want to integrate our backend customer reports into Sugar CRM and remodel our account to make the most out of it.
"Getting the most" means to us to to have an easy overview into all touch points we have with a customer: how often has Customer Support contacted the client or the client contacted us, which were specific reasons for the contact, how often did the customers order which product, who often and with which messages did the marketing team contact the customer etc etc
1. Set up interfaces between different relevant programs we use (e.g. mailchimp, zendesk) and Sugar CRM
2. Remodel our interface based on a list of required functions
3. Introduce relevant stakeholders in the team to the new functionalities and how to make the most out of it
