We are a United States based organic consumables processors. We have a small sales staff that needs to be monitored and managed more closely. This role would be tasked with both the sales analysis (e.g. are the associates meeting their minimum number of weekly prospect visits) as well as sales associate accountability (communicating to the sales associate that he/she failed to make a minimum number of prospect visits and that his/her actions need immediate correction). This individual will be responsible for the below on an ongoing basis, and possibly more as the role evolves. -Enter sales notes provided by the sales associates into Excel spreadsheets (we are transitioning to a CRM system) -Compare each sales associates performance to our minimum standards -Communicate with sales associates informing them if they failed to meet certain criteria, and to share their overall performance. Note that we are a California based company so having meaningful time zone overlap with normal Pacific Time zone working hours (9AM to 5PM Mon-Fri) is required.
