I need an ongoing experienced virtual assistant for managing personal, household and business activities. You must be fluent in spoken and written English and as well as possessing punctual, detail oriented, highly organized, proactive, responsive and communicative. Furthermore, I will be looking for a person willing to learn new skills in relation to my work, which I am willing to teach. Current responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Scheduling and rescheduling client meetings, reminder emails to confirm appointments, Read all incoming email to delete junk / unsubscribe, Writing "happy birthday" notes (facebook and email) and send gifts to contacts, Send assigned reading assignments to clients, Creating folders and organizing files on Google drive, Send follow up emails to prospects, Schedule enrollment calls Send friend requests on linkedin and facebook Add contacts , Internet marketing exposure.
