Looking for an experienced Systems Administrator/Net Admin to supplement our small MSP.
Primary duties will be
- Automation, creating workflows in connectwise and also writing scripts for common support tickets etc.
- Proactive maintenance, you will be providing proactive maintenance to all clients that are under a managed service contract, mostly windows environments. Constantly improving alerts and automating fixes as best as possible
- Escalation point, you will be expected to be an escalation point for our level 1/2 help desk engineers
- Reporting for clients environments
4-5 years + experience with windows environments Server 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2, Azure, VMWare Cloud, Mac, ConnectWise, NinjaRMM(optional), excellent written and verbal English, good communication skills, proactive worker that can work with out instructions, fast learner, handle stressful situations well.
