I have a business and we perform admin for businesses.
I need a very simple system (even in Excel) or use of existing software (asana maybe) so that I can deliver the following tasks:
- I need to be able to track every single task that is performed and how long it takes to perform it (ie track 10 minutes for coordinating a meeting for instance)
- I need the tasks to be categorised ie admin, marketing, social media
- I need to automate the tasks so that at the end of the week I can show how much time has been spent where, and in a report format
- I need the times to add to show total number of hours worked per day and per week
I'm system agnostic, I'm just looking for the best way to automate my business processes.
