We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who will utilize expert technical knowledge and experience in order to analyze and improve business processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in systems migration and requirements development, change requests, off-the-shelf software implementation, use cases, workflow analysis, design & re-engineering, and user experience.
- Partner with internal business teams to define business processes and associated system requirements
- Participate in business, functional, non-functional, system, and technical requirements and design discussions
- Develop and document current and future states of process and systems spanning multiple functional areas
- Create test cases and execute test plans
- Lead requirements review to obtain approval from key stakeholders
