The goal of the Courselets team is to transfer bioinformatics course materials from a repository (old platform) to the new Courselets platform.
In support of this overarching goal, your key task will be to index course materials and annotate the materials with concept IDs and links to wikipedia articles. This task requires an understanding of bioinformatics, probabilistic modeling, and data mining.
It also requires the ability to research concepts on Wikipedia and cross-reference the materials to Wikipedia articles.
Project could be priced as either fixed rate or hourly.
