The right person will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment and loves solving challenges. This role is all about bringing the best IT resumes and brightest IT candidates in the market, and running an efficient process to keep it moving.

Motivated. You understand the impact of a highly-satisfied, excited crew; you are slightly obsessive-compulsive about grinding away on, and solving problems.

You’ll be tasked with supporting our IT recruiting and business development reps in building out a candidate pipeline on projects daily.
Source across several states within the US to help to drive our service and ultimately continue to expand our business domestically.
Create robust pipelines while making each candidate feel like they’re the only one you’re talking to.
Build candidate pipelines for open and anticipated requisitions.
Willingly build pipelines from scratch, over and over again. How many candidates is it going to take for you to find the perfect fit?
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates.
Source passive candidates through referrals, cold calling, sourcing, networking, and advanced internet sourcing, and other creative sourcing efforts.
Maintain accurate and through documentation within the company’s candidate database
