I need someone to perform the following tasks?
1. Copy, Paste & Translate (Korean → English) text message threads into CRM system
2. When a thread needs review and/or feedback by the manager, VA creates a task in the “task” field and assigns it to the manager. The manager will get notified.
3. When messages have been reviewed and/or feedback is provided by the manager, VA will translate the response (English → Korean) and respond according to manager’s feedback.
4. Make phone calls if needed.

You would be using two programs.
1. Texting through my phone: www.mightytext.net
2. Tracking clients information (CRM): www.podio.com
3. Calling clients (if needed): Skype (I will pay for the account)
If there is a high text volume, the budget will be higher.
If there is a low text volume, the budget will be lower.

2. Phone calls and their subsequent notes input into Podio CRM could be billed per message or per minute. How could we track this easily?
