We have a customer from Russia, who doesn't understand English quite well. The customer has entered the wrong shipping address, and now the product is being send back to our warehouse in Denmark.
The customer still wants the product, so when we receive it, we will send it to Russia again - this time with the correct shipping address.
The problem is, that we have to tell the customer, that we are not allowed to ship products directly to the private addresses of Russian customers nor to a transport company in Russia (such as a TNT Depot, etc.). The ONLY way is that product is being to be shipped to a Russian company, where the customer can pick it up (the customer's job, or a company a relative of the customer is working in, etc.).
