Total of 10 articles are to be produced each in English and 350-400 words.
The articles will be about Korean food, particularly Korean BBQ food items. Topics to cover are:
Korean fried chicken
Beef - rib galbi, bulgogi, ox tongue etc
Chicken - chilli chicken, chicken boolgogi
Pork - wine belly pork, spicy pork
Stews - Kimchi soup, soon tofu, gable tang
Each topic will be one article, I'm open to suggestion on the remaining articles.
Each article will be about the food cover the background of it, tradition, modern use in restaurants, westernisation of the dish...etc
