I need someone to perform the following tasks? 1. Copy, Paste & Translate (Korean → English) text message threads into CRM system 2. When a thread needs review and/or feedback by the manager, VA creates a task in the “task” field and assigns it to the manager. The manager will get notified. 3. When messages have been reviewed and/or feedback is provided by the manager, VA will translate the response (English → Korean) and respond according to manager’s feedback. 4. Make phone calls if needed. Here is an unscripted video of what the above tasks look like. Basically, responding to text messages with an occasional appointment setting either over the phone or text message. You would be using two programs. 1. Texting through my phone: 2. Tracking clients information (CRM): 3. Calling clients (if needed): Skype (I will pay for the account) Payment: If there is a high text volume, the budget will be higher. If there is a low text volume, the budget will be lower. 1. Text messages and their subsequent translations/notes input into Podio CRM could be billed per message or per word. How could we track this easily? 2. Phone calls and their subsequent notes input into Podio CRM could be billed per message or per minute. How could we track this easily? If you’re interested, you need to be able to access,,, and skype. If I like working with you, I will need a communications assistant on an ongoing basis. This could turn into long-term commitment.

We are looking for talented, passionate individuals that are fluent in both English and either Japanese or Korean to translate fantasy/supernatural novels. Our website translates Korean and Japanese novels for the community for free. The novels that we work on are aimed at males of ages 15-30. First, I'd like to clarify more about how we obtain revenue to compensate you for your time and service. Generally, we translate a certain number of chapters of a novel every week. When a novel picks up in popularity, the community tends to donate to us for faster translations or if they simply want to support and encourage us. . A typical example of a “translation schedule” for a novel of reasonable popularity would be as follows: We would release 2-3 free translated chapters a week, and then offer additional 'donated/sponsored' chapters at $40 each. The exact amount is mostly dependent on the translator of the particular novel. It usually ranges from $30 to $60 This is the main source of revenue to compensate you for your translations. The other is that we offer an additional $10/week from our own pockets. Once the $40 donation/sponsor has been met, a chapter should be translated for release, preferably on the same week. But we're not so strict on the exact timing of the sponsored chapters, since most of us are doing this in our spare time and we understand that sometimes that are more important life obligations. A novel with decent popularity can obtain up to (Note that there WILL be times/weeks where there are no donations) to $50 a week in donations/sponsored chapters. Novels that are extremely popular(top hits) can garner about $100-200 a week. But to reach this top hit status, generally one free chapter a day is required(on top of the novel being extremely popular/interesting), which is quite a lot of work. If compensation is very important to you, it is crucial to work on a a series that the majority of the community would like/enjoy. If you'd like to simply translate novels of a particular niche that you enjoy without worrying about its popularity then that’s great! But in that case,it will reflect on the amount of donations you will receive. Our website is steadily growing as we've hit 65,000 unique users and 700,000 page views we're somewhat of a relatively new establishment. We've managed to gain enormous growth since we started. That being said, we're not about the money. We're all mainly doing this for the enjoyment that it brings and all monetary gains are a side benefit. They're simply there to motivate us when we are discouraged or busy. Our main goal is to expose Korean and Japanese literature to the English audience. We are looking for individuals who can commit to translating a minimum of 2 chapters week. Looking for Entry/Intermediate/Experts who may be interested
