Venterra Realty (who owns and manages apartment communities across the Southeastern United States) is in need of a Social Media Marketer or Intern to help manage posts to our company Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts. Our social media accounts are currently heavy on the Recruiting side but not as strong on the customer side. I am looking for someone to assist with a variety of administrative tasks for a couple of our websites. This is a part-time basis but will grow to more projects with the more experience you have. You can be located anywhere but must be very proficient in English. We have several websites, so topics may vary, but the primary focus is a San Diego event website where we post local events to our calendar. Posting events involves copying & rewriting event content, finding the appropriate images and formatting them to relevant social media sizes, and filling in the required event information such as category, tags, and location details. I'm looking for someone who can handle my FAcebook, twitter, linked in social media postings. I'm a marketer myself, I help my clients with marketing / funnels / copywriting, but I don't have the time to implement the postings. I'm not looking for someone to run ads for me at this time, just post to my accounts. I have hootsuite but haven't used it much. Before I hire someone, I'd like to speak with you by phone and go over strategy. My thoughts are to post one of my articles / videos once per week, take a old piece of content to post once per week, create a image with a quote to post, and a "tip of the day' post. I have designer who can create the images for us if needed. I have canva account to if you know how to use that. As of now, my articles post on auto pilot once they are publised on my blog. So I'd be looking at 3 more posts per week, total of 12. I know twitter you should do much more, but I'm no twitter expert so I'm all up for advice. My budget is $75-100 per month for this. I can't see 12 posts per month using hootsuite taking more then 3-4 hours a month. If you do a good job, I also want to start offering social media services to my clients. So this could a chance of me sending you more customers and we can work out a package deal for them.
