I need a community manager who can work on multiple client accounts, uploading and scheduling wordpress posts for podcasts, uploading media to podcast hosting site Libsyn, managing continual flow of micro-content to client's social media platforms, and also manage the content production flow for multiple podcasts.
This is management level. You will be in charge of making sure that each episodes get successfully through the various stages of production, including communicating with the audio producer, the transcriptionist, the copy writer, and the visual creative, to coordinate weekly or even more frequent releases of content for clients.
You need to understand the concepts behind content marketing on a deep level, be very familiar with podcasting and the best practices for production and optimization, have strong communication ability and tendency, willingness and ability to take control and lead a team, as well as take initiative to identify how process in production could be improved, as well as how we can improve on the Key Performance Indicators for the client.
