I am looking for someone to help setup the base for a 2D Mobile game that I am developing. I need the UI to be structured and coded to work. I have some basic UI elements, I need them setup in a nice design as well as the creation of animated screen menus, title screens and other such screens. Basically, all the menu and game UI design to be completed. That way I can focus on the core game coding and development. It would be preferable to have graphic designs experience, to help polish some UI designs and make the project suitable and pretty. ~Summary~ I have most of the UI elements, I need them to be placed nicely, touched up and then I need some of the screens and menus added and animated. I have a big project for Unity 3D. I need to complete this project in 20 weeks. Developer should have to know wide range knowledge in Unity 3D. Project is building a karaoke VR app using Unity and running on the HTC Vive. Firstly I will test to enable users to sing through a USB microphone connected to the PC running the app and have their voice come out amplified through the PC speakers. As of now, using the built-in Unity microphone features, I am seeing unacceptable lag/latency of 220 msec. I need to find a way to reduce this to under 40 msec. Write a word "complete" in you bid top. This may require clever settings within Unity or building a separate Windows DLL.
