Evolution Labs is an education marketing company that uses a platform to deploy content, surveys, self-tests, and social media platforms to advance learning outcomes. We service middle school, high school and college clients to, not only share educational material on transitioning from grade to grade, but also we help students gain and manage independence as they mature. The supportive web-based program tools we provide helps schools recruit, enroll and retain students. The focused information on academics and majors, relationships, as well as physical and mental health topics assist students and parents with handling various life management skills.
We're looking for 3 to 5 users with different ability levels to test our educational platform to meet both Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). We need users to vigorously test access to written content, images, videos, self tests and report feedback as to how it cooperates with JAWS, screen readers, and other website accessibility software. This feedback will then be used to increase compliance with the guidelines and templates mentioned above. Users will be taken through a login &sign in process to guide them through the usage of the platform. This will be done on an individual basis. Reporting of bugs, barriers, and difficulty in using assistive technology or screen reading software is essential. All of the day testing will be done users machines for devices virtually.
We will pay users with different ability levels $8/hour. Minimum testing will be two hours. Users may be asked to disclose or provide individual settings or individual information regarding either their ability levels, settings, or preferences. The information will be used to only provide more information for increased website accessibility. Users may be contacted after their initial testing time to provide more information or conduct further testing.
